Book 1で基礎を学んだ人が、パーラメンタリーディベートをさらに深めるための教材です。North American Styleの各スピーチ（PM・LO・Member・Reply）の役割と組み立てから始め、Principle Argument、Asian Style、British Parliamentary Styleの違い、ディベートの背景にある考え方（Philosophy）までを扱います。巻末にはチェアパーソン（司会・判定）向けマニュアルや、練習用論題リストも収録しています。

English summary
This book focuses on parliamentary (impromptu) English debate. Starting from the roles and structure of each North American Style speech (PM, LO, Member, Reply), it goes on to cover Principle Argument, Asian Style, British Parliamentary Style, and the philosophy behind debating, with a chairperson’s manual and practice motions in the appendix. Please note that it was written in 2008 and has not been revised since.
